Welcome to FlippaGo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services ("Platform"). By using FlippaGo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

Since we operate in the Czech Republic, we comply with applicable Czech and EU laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

1. Definitions

• "FlippaGo," "we," "us," "our" – Refers to AZ Adventure s.r.o., the company operating the FlippaGo platform.
• "User," "you" – Refers to any individual or entity using FlippaGo, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor.
• "Platform" – Refers to FlippaGo's website, mobile application, and related services.
• "Buyer" – A user purchasing items through FlippaGo.
• "Seller" – A user listing items for sale on FlippaGo.
• "Listing" – Any product or item uploaded by a Seller for sale.

2. Eligibility

To use FlippaGo, you must:

✅ Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

✅ Create an account with accurate information.

✅ Comply with local laws when selling or buying.

✅ Not use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or prohibited items.

FlippaGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• We may suspend or delete accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Buying & Selling on FlippaGo

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

• You must accurately describe your items.
• Items sold must be legal, authentic, and owned by you.
• You agree to ship items on time using the designated shipping method.
• You are responsible for handling disputes with buyers regarding item condition.

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must review item descriptions before purchasing.
• Payments must be made securely through FlippaGo’s platform.
• If an item is not as described, buyers can request a refund or dispute resolution.

4.3 Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on FlippaGo:

❌ Counterfeit goods or replicas

❌ Stolen or illegal items

❌ Hazardous materials

❌ Weapons or firearms

❌ Drugs or controlled substances

5. Payments & Fees

• FlippaGo facilitates secure transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Buyers pay the price listed by the seller, plus any applicable fees (such as shipping).
• Sellers receive payments after the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
• FlippaGo charges a small commission on each sale.
• Refunds and disputes are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Returns

• Sellers are responsible for shipping items within the agreed time.
• Buyers should confirm receipt of items after delivery.
• If an item does not match the description, the buyer may request a refund.
• Sellers must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using FlippaGo, you agree not to:

❌ Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal transactions.

❌ Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

❌ Upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, or misleading.

❌ Attempt to bypass payment systems or conduct off-platform transactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

• FlippaGo owns all rights to its trademarks, branding, and content.
• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant FlippaGo a license to display listings.
• Unauthorized use of FlippaGo’s content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• FlippaGo is a marketplace and is not responsible for transactions between users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or authenticity of items listed.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
• Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the fees paid to FlippaGo in the past 12 months.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• FlippaGo complies with GDPR and Czech data protection laws.
• Users can request access, deletion, or correction of their personal data.

11. Termination & Account Suspension

FlippaGo may terminate or suspend accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Abuse the Platform or other users.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be communicated via:

Continued use of FlippaGo after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes through our support team.
• If a resolution is not reached, disputes may be resolved under Czech law.
• The courts of Prague, Czech Republic, will have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI).

By using FlippaGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
